1: Will this keychain fit my car's smart key fob?

Yes. The brass split ring and shackle hook fit most standard car keys, flip keys, and keyless-entry remotes. Very bulky fobs may attach more easily via the shackle hook than the split ring.

2: Can I engrave a short message instead of a name?

Yes. Names, initials, dates, and short phrases like "DRIVE SAFE" all work well, up to [12 characters] including spaces.

3: Is the engraving permanent, or will it wear off over time?

The text is debossed directly into the leather, so it's permanent. It may soften slightly as the leather develops its patina, but it won't peel or fade like printed text.

4: Is the brass hardware real brass or plated?

The ring, hook, concho, and stud are [solid brass]. Brass naturally darkens with use; a quick polish with a brass cleaner restores the shine.

5: Is this a good anniversary gift?

Yes. Leather is the traditional third-anniversary material, and adding your partner's name or your wedding date makes it a meaningful, practical gift they'll use every day.
