Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order details and photos if applicable.
Shipping Costs
